Network of Guests not working after Network Interface suddently renamed

Good morning,


I had my proxmox node running well with only ipv6 on the guests with no problem.
I did apt-get update and a few changes to the firewall (which I deleted & deactivated) now.

Yesterday after restart the server was not reachable. I connected via VKVM and found that the enp0s31f6 could not be loaded because device was not found.

I changed the name of the interface to ens4. Then the host system worked again.

But now all guests systems are getting no connection suddently.

Any guys of you have a Idea what I could try here? I am desperate...

Problem Solved:
KVM was activated which changed network devices name and networking.
