network disconnection

Hi,
I am trying proxmox as an alternative to my ESXi servers. I have a couple of test VMs on it.

This is a HP Gen 10 server with NetXtreme II BCM57810 10 Gigabit Network card.

around every 2 weeks the BCM57810 goes off line.
This is the interface that my management is on. the 1Gb onboard network interface continues to work fine.

I have to use iLO to connect the the console and reboot the system to get it back up.

any suggestions on what might be causing this or how to troubleshoot?
