Network Device Active always 'No'

From my 3 network devices in proxmox enx4865ee16751d is never active. I'm not sure how can i debug this.

I need them to be able to bridge them for a pfSense install

Hi,
are you sure an interface with that name actually exists? Do you see any mention of the interface name (or errors related to the NIC) in the system journal during boot? What does ls -l /sys/class/net show?
