Network Adapter Not Starting Automatically on Proxmox

Hello everyone,
I’ve tried installing Proxmox on our server — that part worked fine so far. However, the network adapter doesn’t start automatically; it only works after I run systemctl restart networking. I also keep getting the following error message.

OnBoard Networkcard Broadcom BCM57416 (10G)

Does anyone know a solution?
