Need to upgrade from 0.9 alpha to current? How?

I'd be grateful if someone could explain to me, step by step or point me in the right direction to upgrade my 0.9 alpha server which is currently active to the latest version.

I saw the instructions for the beta version --> final upgrade instructions, but I was worried about doing this, in case something breaks ! :/

I'd appreciate any help.

The upgrade process from alpha to newest should be the same as the process from beta to newest. It's going to be a repository upgrade using apt.

Will still apply. Stop your VMs, check your boot loader. Make sure to switch to GRUB. Update your apt sources and upgrade.
