[NEED HELP] Will data lost when I pvcreate on existing partition?

Hi , I need your assistance..

So, I have a disk partition that has many data in it, there are many backup and VM in disk... I have mounted it..

Then, I unmount disk partition since I would pvcreate the disk partition....

Unfortunatelly...After I pvcreate the disk partition , I'm not able again to mount the disk partition...

Help me please...

How to recovering disk partition mounting?
And
Will data lost in disk after I pvcreate on existing partition?
