Near future upgrade from 1.4b2 to 1.4 final

I'm watching the deb repository for the new 1.4 release coming today.
It seems in place but I'm waiting for your official announcement.

I'm running 1.4b2 for now.

Could you please confirmed that I have just to change the sources.list to run 1.4 stable? Or do I have to run "apt-get dist-upgrade" too?
