Hello.

First off excuse my rusty English and that I'm a semi-noob in linux/networking.

I found ProxMox by a coincidence and love how easy it was for me to set up, but not I have a question, if I'm allowed :) Is it possible to connect the DOTs? (The purple ones in attached image).Sorry for my epic bad drawing skills in MS Paint :D

I really want to get access to the webserver within VE so I can test and learn more about web developement.

Along the path I hope to learn more about PROXMOX and get better at this.My proxmox setup2.png

All help appreciated.

Best regards,
Aleksander T. E.

I think I see the problem but still no connection.. Might be FW this time.

If PVE acts like a switch, OVS Bridge vmbr2 should look like this right? 192.168.1.5 and not 192.168.2.1.

This should become outside IP of Ezentyal to internet, and Ezentyal will do the NAT conversion between x.x.1.x and x.x.4.x

If anyone can just confirm or not, then I can focus on other stuff :p Thanks

Aleksander
