Nas4Free Installation - Strange Error

I tried to Install Nas4Free (Install 'Full'), but the Installation aborts with strange Errors:

Error: Failed to write standard label.
kern.geom.debugflags: 16 -> 0

Error: Failed to create BSD label on ada0s1!

Bus-Type for the qcow2 Disk is IDE.
But when i remove the Disk and attach it as Bus-Type "SCSI", the Installation works without Errors!?

I used the actually ISO "NAS4Free-x64-LiveCD-9.1.0.1.636.iso"

Can anyone confirm this?
