My VM cannot connect to internal network / internet

Hi all,

first of all sorry about my english

I'm already install proxmox and installed win xp on my new vm.

vmbr0 / my proxmox ip : 172.16.1.98 and gateway 172.16.0.34

my new vm / win xp ip : 172.16.1.203 and gateway 172.16.0.34

Test ping :
- proxmox to win xp : failure
- win xp to proxmox : failure
- win xp to internet : failure
- proxmox to internet : success

why this is happen ?
