my backup file format .qcow2-corrupted

Hallo sir,
i have problem in my hdd vm,

Repairing OFLAG_COPIED L2 cluster: l1_index=2044 l1_entry=ad865396fde6d8fc refcount=0
Repairing OFLAG_COPIED L2 cluster: l1_index=2047 l1_entry=e032035170315678 refcount=0
The following inconsistencies were found and repaired:

    0 leaked clusters
    9175 corruptions

Double checking the fixed image now...
qemu-img: Check failed: No medium found

and my isp give me backup file format .qcow2-corrupted


Please, after I have successfully downloaded the file to my VM, what should I do with this format so that it can be extracted to my VM again...?

Maybe you could attempt to convert the image to another format and then back to QCOW2.
