Multiple NIC's going to Mutiple VM's

I have 4 NIC's on a Dell R610 Server,
I have one NIC going to a web server, working great no problems this web server uses Apache
I have another NIC going to a webserver using IGINX this one will not show a connection

the IGINX web server is bridged on a Netgear Knighthawk R6400 (1750) and in Promox I have vmbr4 bridged to eno4 with no IP info entered in the interface
the VM has the IP info entered there
can not ping gateway


can someone assist

Have you checked if you can ping the gateway if you connect a machine directly on that switch port and assign the same IP?
This way you can narrow down if your Proxmox VE /VM config is the problem or if the problem exists somewhere else in your network setup.
