Multiple MX records

Hi,

First sorry for my english.

I have a domain name with mutliple MX records
for example :
toto.com MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail1.toto.com
toto.com MX preference = 100, mail exchanger = mail2.toto.com
toto.com MX preference = 500, mail exchanger = mail3.toto.com

If i want setup this domain name in Proxmox I must delete 2 Mx records and modify the last one for mail exchanger = proxmox.toto.com ? Or i can add this 3 mails servers in Proxmox Web Interface ?

What is mail1, mail2 and mail3.toto.com? Is that a clustered mail server? All can receive mails for any accout?
