Hello @suliman, welcome to PVE

For Multipath, what storage do you use?

The second is there way to convert vmware VMs to proxmox .
Yes. Please search the forum for information. This was discused very often :) And yes it is very easy to import VM's directly. You can use VMwareconverter or Clonezilla too. Here a nice link.
Note: Is there Book for proxmox.
Yes it is. The Documentation is directly in PVE on the Documentationbutton. You can choose the whole docu for printing in PDF, or HTML for viewing only. You can click on every situation (for example you are on storage) on the help-Button and you zoom direct in the related documentation. And there is also an nice Wiki.

Hope this helps for the first. If you have any questions do not be afraid, just ask again :)

Multipath configuration from RHEL5 or RHEL6-based operating system should work just fine. You only need the naming entries and create the LVM physical volume on top of the files in /dev/mapper/<your-naming-scheme>.

We also have HP Storage with mulltipath. We used also the description from RedHat.
