First of all, apologies if this is already posted (I know it is, because I found a lot of threads about this, but I am wondering something different). The situation is this. I had a 500GB drive that is getting a bit small. I have therefor used CloneZilla to copy the installation to a bigger 2TB drive. Now I want to increase the size of the pve-root, where the proxmox is installed on. Can this be done?
I have found some tutorials on Youtube and there they are using cfdisk to resize the partition. In their example, the partition is on /dev/sda3. On my machine, it is on /nvme0n1/nvme0n1p3 and that does not show up in cfdisk. I am therefore wondering if it is possible to resize on a nvme drive, since it does not show up.
I have found some other tutorials that are talking about first deleting the partition and I am not really comfortable with that, to be honest and would like to know if there is another, less scary way of doing this.
