Move USB drive to node/host

Hi there

I currently have two VM's (VM100 and VM101) under the proxmox node/host. The previous IT tech set/moved the external usb drive to the VM101 via the 'qm set 100 -usb0 host=0bc2:a0a4' command. How do I move the external usb drive from VM101 to the proxmox node/host?
