I'm a new Proxmox VE user and I've observed a significant performance difference when moving a VM's disk. I'm using PVE version 8.4.1.
When I move a 160GB disk while the VM is running, the process takes about 1.5 hours. However, when the VM is stopped, the same operation completes in approximately 3 minutes.
I understand that live migration involves extra steps like differential data transfers, but the performance difference seems extreme. This leads to two main questions:
