HI,
we have a Proxmox VE 4 cluster and two storage servers with FreeNAS. Normally we use one of the FreeNAS servers for VM storage and the other for backup of files and snapshots. There are plenty of storage space on both of them.
Now I want a function/script to move all virtual disks from one storage server to the other so I can upgrade one FreeNAS server at a time but still have all VM's on Proxmox alive.
The system consists of two Supermicro servers with each 20-30 disks and 30 Gb/s network speed. There are four Proxmox hosts and they have 20 Gb/s to the storage servers. We have no problems with performance, only problem is to sit and manually move all the disks.
We have about 40 virtual servers and approximately 80 virtual disks to move - and move back.
Does anyone know a way to solve this?
