Sorry, I mean using a different browser, to browse your Proxmox VE server and open a noVNC. Not open a browser inside the VM itself.

No, you're not needed to change, if you are not sure if a plugin in your browser cause the issue. As said I would check from other browser or private/Incognito browser first.
i checked in all browsers. Even on Edge, Firefox, brave and chrome.. On chrome i have some extensions but i installed the new chrome now.
When i use the spice as a display. Mouse moves but very slow and no able to click on right direction?
