More than one Instance on the same subnet

Hi there,

I have ProxMox 8.3 running on two completely different boxes with distinct IP addresses. When I enter the IP address of the newer install I still only get to the web gui of the first install (I can see because the two hostnames are different). I have already tried it in an incognito browser window, so I don't think this is cache/cookies related. Has anyone encountered this before?

Hey,

that sounds weird. Could you post the output of ip a and cat /etc/network/interfaces of both hosts?

You can put the output in [CODE]<output>[/CODE] tags, and depending on how much it is wrapping it in [SPOILER=""][CODE]...[/CODE][/SPOILER] could also make sense.

Oops, silly mistake. I set the IP address on the second box's vmbr0 to the same IP on the first box's vmbr1. It has been a while since I setup the first box and forgot that I already assigned that IP. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
