The Moodle v1.9.5+ (datecode 20090902) has been released. Check out the Wiki and download the template (197 MB).
There is one bugfix released on the CVS for /var/www/moodle/question/format/xml/format.php (datecode 20090905). The datecode in /var/www/moodle/version.php can be suitably updated as well.
The /var/www/moodle/admin/cron.php is set to run every 5 minutes in /etc/cron.d/moodle (can edit it to run every 10 or 20 minutes on low volume sites) and will generate one line in the /var/log/apache2/access.log file each time it is run.
The folder /var/www/moodledata has the Moodle Data.
