Monitor LXC I/O of Containers

Hello,

I actually share my storage via NFS. Host1: NFS; Host2: LXC-Container

Between the two hosts is a lot of traffic (about 150MBit/s). How it´s possible to get out, from where the traffic comes? - Or what container is responsible for the traffic?
