Missing UI Elements (Add, etc...)

I've been struggling for some time to figure out why everything I read on adding storage, configuring network, etc... all seems to end in a dead end where I can't find the Add button or another button.
I think I'm missing the buttons.



Any ideas on what I might be able to do to fix this? Something I did wrong installing?

Sorry forgot to mention... I've used Chrome, IE and Firefox. On both proxied and direct connections. On multiple machines, both at the office and at home.
I'm running Proxmox 3.2, installed on a single 120GB SSD. The storage I'm trying to add is a LVM volume on a 3 disk RAID5 hardware array.

How do you see the raw logs of the OpenVZ containers in PVE3.2 like it was available in PVE1.9?

Dbl. click on task in the task list.

A cryptic Task OK may not be very informative sometimes especially when developing templates. Any way a more verbose raw log as available in PVE 1.9 can be brought into PVE3.2 ?

Sorry, the logs are exactly the same, so I don't really understand what you talk about? What are 'raw logs'?
