Missing default management ipset as mentioned in Documentation?

Is the "management" ipset missing by default or is the documentation just showing an example on how one can be created and used?

It is confusing if just an example because it mentions that that the "cluster_network" is automatically added to it, so I would think I should be able to locate it with at least that entry?

If it doesn't exist in the configuration, it gets automatically created when generating the iptables / nftables rules - It's "virtual" but can be overridden by explicitly creating one. There are plans to expose them in the UI so users can see / edit them but at the moment no one is actively working on it. You can create a Bugzilla entry for it, so we can gauge the interest and reprioritize depending on responses. There is one for the ipfilter sets already [1], I couldn't find one for the management IPSet though.
