Migration ProxMox to ESXi

Plz Help,
I have ProxMox Version:3.1-24/060bd5a6 and VMWare ESXi 5.0;5.5. And i had been installed virtual machine on ProxMox.
I need migrate virtual machine out of Proxmox at VMware, how i can do this??

Run the VMware Physical to virtual converter against your VM. Best bet, usually.
