Hi all, I have two proxmox 2.2 servers that each have a local LVM VG storage for KVM images. These are not marked as shared in the storage config. However I can't perform an offline migration, receiving the error:
Looking on the forums closest thing I can find is this thread in the 1.x forum and a comment from Dietmar that "Yes, storage migration for local lvm is still not implemented."
Is that still the case in 2.2? I'm guessing yes given the above error.
So if you are not going to go with shared storage yet, is the recommendation to use images that are not stored raw in a volume group, but as files? Will that then copy offline between local storage?
Cheers.
