Migration of a Running CentOS Physical Machine to Proxmox

Hi,

I am a newbie in proxmox. Just wanted to ask you guys that is it possible to migrate/clone a running centos physical machine to proxmox. If yes that can i get the steps on how to complete this procedure.

the title of the wiki page does not mention "windows" or "microsoft", its quite general.
i think you find many info about windows there just because windows systems are somewhat difficult/trickier than the others, sometimes...
you can use any of the dd, fsarchiver, clonezilla, netcat methods reported there, without any issue related to microsoft systems
each of those methods behaves differently and may have pro/cons (mostly reported there)
linux systems usually adapt themselves more easily to "different hardware", like virtualized one...
