Migration from usb-flash-drive to ssd

Hello everyone. I installed proxmox on a flash drive and realized too late that it is better not to do this. So here is the question: if I reinstall proxmox on an SSD, will it be possible to somehow save the virtual machines? I have about 5 virtual machines. It is very undesirable to lose them
If anything, they are on another SSD, not the one I am going to reinstall on

Proxmox has integrated backup/restore. You can define storage for external drive or NAS (samba share) and use this as a backup destination, although Proxmox Backup Server on another box will greatly help with dedup for additional backups.
