Migration from ESXi - Windows 10Pro takes long time

Hello,

I use HP Proliant DL360 g8 with ESXi and vCenter 6.5 and using my PC with installed Proxmox VM via Workstation i have noticed that if i try to import Windows VM (10Pro) with only 50GB disk space it takes long time... arount only 1% in more than 24h. When i imported linux vm (CentOs) with 100GB it took around 5h but did it.

Can anyone tell me what is the problem and what to do?

it's on HDD (Seagate Barracuda). Yet it's running at 2-7%only... ethernet card however is constant on 98Mb/s.

Here i don't understand why this should be the problem with windows?
When i imported Linux (centOS) it took few hours for 60GB. I now want to import Windows (10) and after 4days it's only around 20% done.?

Would switching from HDD to SSD actualy do anything?
