O problema estava ocorrendo pois as VMs (Debian) que eu instalava no VMware, eram tudo no modo expect e eu marcava a seguinte opção da hora da criação do INITRD

Direcionado!!!

Dessa forma eram carregado somente alguns módulos no initrd, e que tinham compatibilidade com o VMware e não com o ProxMox.



Resolução:

Recriar o INITRD com todos os módulos disponíveis no kernel atual.

Edite o arquivo: /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf
Altere a variavel
MODULES=dep
para
MODULES=most


E recrie o INITRAMFS

update-initramfs -u -k all
