I currently have a homelab, using proxmox with several VMs. What is the easiest way to migrate this full install to be used on a qnap NAS?

It probably won't be easy, but to get you started consider that QNAPs Virtualization Station can import OVA, OVF, VMX, and QVM files that come from various systems like VMware and Virtualbox. So you are going to need to look for tutorials about trying to get an OVA or OVF file (probably both) out of Proxmox.

Like this for example.
