Migrating server

I'm spinning up a new server on a different datacenter and I want to move my current setup OpenVZ containers and the Proxmox configuration to the new server. What is the easiest way for me to copy the settings, containers and such to the new host?

I'm trying to keep downtime to a absolute minimal.

You can use backup/restore (vzdump).
