Hi,

Recently i'm trying to migrate some machines from vmware to proxmox. Till now had no problems with windows 10 and windows server 2012. I'm having blue screen of death with windows server 2008 and windows 7. They can start only in safe mode.
I did the mergeide, change the proxmox hdd from ide to, sata, to scsi. But same problem always. Anyone has faced this problem? I don't know what to try anymore.

what is your kernal? on proxmox i you have 5.1 1st version you will get BSOD on windows update it with

Code:
http://download.proxmox.com/debian/...4/pve-kernel-4.13.8-2-pve_4.13.8-28_amd64.deb
then install it
Code:
dpkg -i pve-kernel-4.13.8-2-pve_4.13.8-28_amd64.deb
then reboot it

Hi,
I have kernel: 4.13.4-1-pve . So you are saying to install the new kernel and reboot my server?
I should turn off a lot of VM machines :).
Does this works 100% ?

yes that is correct, always back up your vms when doing an update turn off the vms update the kernel and reboot it. After that it wont give you more bsod
