Migrate VM ...Could not connect to resource group manager

Hi,

I have small setup with proxmox HA with 3 nodes and ceph, with some help from this same forum I was able to make it work.
I could migrate VMs between nodes and HA was working fine.

But now I can not start any VM nor migrate between the nodes, I am always receiving this error:

Trying to migrate pvevm:100 to pxmx02-ceph...Could not connect to resource group manager

It strange because I do have rgmanager running in all nodes.
