Migrate to ifs without reinstall PVE

Is it possible to move a current PVE 6.3 installation from LVM to ZFS without reinstall from scratch? Maybe there is any how-to?

Not in-place, no. As in, you need to copy the data on the drives you want to change over to a backup location anyway, and in that case you're almost certainly faster to just make backups of your VMs/CTs and any important config files you want to keep (especially stuff in /etc/pve) and then just reinstall.
