Memory usage graphic

Hi there.

I have a question about the graphic generated about Memory Usage.
As you can see in the attach, I have several Vms but only one runing.
Neverthless, the memory usage graphic is reflected to the others VMS.
Why is that?
Is that something to do with balloon?
Thanks for any clarification.

Best regard

UPDATE: I get another set of 2 servers in cluster - just a lab one - and there is one VM and is powered down. Neverthless, the memory usage graphic is showing. See the third screenshot.

The green area simply shows the total memory configured for a VM and will always be drawn, reflecting the amount of RAM configured to the VM. The blue are is the used ram and will be drawn only if the VM is running, reflecting the amount of used memory from the point of view of QEMU/PVE.

Yes I am aware of that, but the thing is the VM is not running!

Nop!!! Somethings is not right!
I have create a new VM and never powered on.
This new VM has 4G of memory.
I've started an old VM with has also 4G and bang!
The new VM that never was powerded on, start to register memory usage!

And I have created the VM with 2G first!
Here a screenshot showing the graphic of 2G that was never used!

Feeling that I'm going to repeat myself a bit too much :), but... that is showing the configured RAM in the VM, not the used RAM. The green area will be drawn regardless of the power state of the VM or if it has ever been powered on. If you power on the VM, a blue are will be drawn, indicating the used RAM for that VM.

If you change the configured RAM in the VM, the "total" will change (the green area of the graph). Graph shows 5 minutes intervals, so leave some time between changes for them to properly show in the graphs.

Yes! I got that! But my question is why show the total amount of ram if it's not been used in that moment?
IMHO It should be display only when I started the VM.
With the VM powered off, should display nothing.
On the other hand, when I powered on the VM, so than the graphic should display the total memory and the used by the VM.
