Memory overflow

The proxmox panel shows that the memory is over 80%, which is only 10% of the actual VPS, causing my server to run out of memory. I opened three vps, each memory: 12G, 12G, 2G. Three vps memory actually use 3G memory, but the panel display has been used 48G, linux system, view the memory usage is 48G.

Have you installed all documented optimizations for windows mentioned in the wiki (https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_7_guest_best_practices) including auto balooning with normally fixes the "used memory" stuff on windows.

I installed the window system is included Virtio driver.

Windows fill memory with zeros at boot,that's why memory is used on host.
Can you try to enable memory hotplug in vm options ? I'm not sure, but I think windows don't fill all memory with zeros in this case.
