Memory Errors

My sever is always showing this erros even after changing the RAM's still show this errors, can i kindly get some help on how to resolve this errors please

/dev/sdh is most likely one of your disk drives and not your RAM.

Would suggest to run a long SMART-test [1] on it and having recent backups.

Checking/Replacing cables of your sdh disk might also be a good idea.
