got other UPS brand suggest? and how to configure
 
It's more the other way around, you should check with the particular manufacturer, whether they support Linux.

Most people here would be familiar with apcupsd tool:

A quick search reveals that at least one article claims it does support some other models from other brands as well:
https://opensource.com/article/21/1...utility supports,Lite, CyberPower, and others.

It's also heavily dependent on way of connecting it to particular hardware and how you plan to cascade it when you have e.g. cluster. See also:
