There are several CT Templates readily available in PVE, like Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, Gentoo, etc. Is there anywhere a CT template for RHEL can be downloaded? If not, is it possible for me to build one?

RHEL is not free, therefore there are no official options for PVE, even the RH homepages does not official support LX(C) containers, there are however some atomic images available that could be converted easily. Just copy over the files and deinstall all kernel related stuff.

Hello @LnxBil , if I have license for RHEL, is there a possibility for me to build it? If yes, are there guides that I can use?
Were you referring to this for RHEL-atomic? It seems this is for RHEL 7 only and nothing for RHEL 9.

You have a license for a virtual host, there is nothing I saw in the licensing agreement that involves LX(C) containers.

Install RHEL in a VM, boot a live linux and rsync the files to a directory of your choosing. This is the basis for your LX(C) container.

Oh yeah, you're right ... there is no atomic anymore. You can try to convert the KVM guest image to a container.
