Lost connection with local-lvm

I have a Proxmox cluster, when I deleted an NFS storage, I lost the connection with local-lvm on node 1 but not on node 2.
I did not see my node restart, I had to do a hard reboot.

I lost the connection with local-lvm

its always helpful to use command line and log output to describe condition you are trying to solve.

To start here are some things that may be useful to the community:
pvesm status; from both nodes
pvesm scan lvm
pvesm scan lvmthin <vg>
context of /etc/pve//storage.conf
lvs/vgs/pvs/lsblk from affected node
