Looking for a Proxmox / server manager expert

We are facing some security issues with a dedicated server where we have installed Proxmox VE, with a couple of virtual appliances there, but more servers and appliances to come in the future.

So we are looking for an affordable but reliable expert / company with experience setting Proxmox environments to help us.

The job:
- Secure the dedicated server we currently have, and make a security document guidelines for future servers.
- Secure the appliances installed, and make a security document guidelines for future appliances.
