Hello, I have a big problem with my Proxmox cluster. I set up double authentication with the recovery keys, but I've lost them and now I'm stuck. I tried the following command in SSH with PuTTY, but it doesn't seem to work.
pveum user tfa unlock root@pam
I was able to unlock it using the 'delete' command.
pveum user tfa unlock root@pam
