Lock icon into cloned machine

I cloned the windows machine into a second machine, mostly to save time into rebuilding another windows machine

but I cannot start it, it may be due to the lock thing on top of the vm, so by googling I found qm unlock (vm number), which I tried to run on the main server, but with no luck...

how can I fix this?

Maybe the clone task is still running? What is the output of qm config 103 (in text within CODE-tags, please)?
