Live snapshot seems very longpvetest

When I try to make a live snapshot (including RAM), it takes several minutes.

This is normal or not?

That depends on the RAM size and the storage speed.

My pvetest server is a debian lenny with raid10 software (mdadm).
And the VM is a Debian wheezy (backuppc server)

The snapshots need to write the RAM content to the storage, and RAM content can change during snapshot. In genernal, we limit the amount of data written to 2xRAMSIZE, in you case to 4GB.

Depending on you storage speed, writing 4GB can take several minutes.

A few seconds - should be easy to test.

After reboot the node, i made a snapshot (including RAM)
It seems to be long and and VM is inaccessible during the task
