I am trying to passthrough gpu from Debian to Win10 guest.

Doesn't seem to be working on passing through the GPU.

I'd like to use it to transcode for plex.

What exactly does "not working" entail? No output? VM crashes? Rabbits jumping out of your screen?

Any logs might also be helpful ('dmesg', 'journalctl -e', from host and guest), as well as your VM config ('qm config <vmid>' or in '/etc/pve/qemu-server/<vmid>.conf').
