Linux Container Lost network packages

Hi, i am running Proxmox VE 8.2.4

I have 3 containers running OK, but when i create a fourth with the same distro (debian) and same network settings (different IP but same subnet), the container lost network packages randomly, can you guide me on how to debug the situation?

Did you check the tcpdump/syslog during the packtes lost?

Yes, i dont see anything weird, i recreate the container and updated, no lost packages, but then i install samba and the behavior continues, i tried make another container but with alpine and the problem is gone
