Hello everyone, I greet you and thank you for accepting me in this forum.

I am relatively new to the world of proxmox. I have installed a cluster with 3 nodes and everything works quite well. However, I have a problem with the network fiber cards.

The cards are Broadcom NeXtreme E-Series Advanced Dual-Port 10GB SFP+

The cards are seen correctly by the host and if I create a linux bridge on the host on the fiber card this is pingable from the outside. However, if I try to associate the linux bridge created to the VM this is no longer pingable.

If I put the linux bridge vmbr0 back (internal card of the server connected to copper), the vm becomes pingable again
the result of the ethtool command on the fiber optic card seems ok
ethtool enp65s0f1np1

unfortunately I can't solve this problem. If I set an IP address to the network interface, it is pingable from the outside. But if I create the virtual bridge with that interface and assign it to the vm, it has no network. Can it be that the interface has this error Current message level: 0x00002081 (8321)drv tx_err hw?

now I discovered another anomalous behavior. On the server I have 4 copper interfaces and 4 dual port fiber interfaces. If on a copper or fiber interface not connected to anything, I set an IP address, this is pingable, even if there is no cable or fiber on that card. From a check on the switch it turns out that the IP I am pinging is actually the copper network interface that is really connected and on which I have the proxmox console active
