Limited network speed

I have a problem, I've been with proxmox for a couple of months and everything is fine but now look at the network speed in the node and in the CTs and it's very slow. Of 3 MB of download and upload.
Being my real speed, both for wifi and for network that probe in the same swith, of 60

I do not know what to do

I do not know what to do

Check step by (e.g. with iperf3) in order to find out where the bottleneck is and then have a closer look to it.
