Limit Bandwidth OpenVZ

is there a simple way to Limit the OpenVZ Network Speed to 150 Mbps (in and out)?

currently it's not possible. I'm working since some weeks on a traffic accounting and limiting solution.
If you want to, we can discuss some things and I can patch your proxmox, so you can use that. I'm using that since multiple weeks productively and it's
considered stable.
